Refund and access rules for StudyPG digital products.

1. Digital products covered by this policy

StudyPG provides digital educational services such as question banks, mock tests, short notes, study materials, revision content, and related online learning tools.

Most products are sold as one-time purchases. Where a package page states a specific access period, including access until the next AKT exam date, that access period applies to the purchase.

2. When a refund may be approved

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Your payment was successful but the purchased course or content was not delivered to your account because of a verified technical issue on our side.
• The product you paid for became unavailable and we could not provide materially similar access within a reasonable time.
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Situations that are generally non-refundable

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Purchasing the wrong package, level, or plan by mistake.
• Not reviewing the course details before payment.
• Personal scheduling problems, exam date changes, lack of study time, or similar personal circumstances.
• Dissatisfaction based only on personal preference where the service delivered matches the course description.
• Exam failure, unsuccessful licensing outcomes, migration outcomes, or employment outcomes.
• Requests made after meaningful access or use of the digital content has already been provided, except where law requires otherwise.

4. Access and technical issues

If you cannot access paid content, please contact us as soon as possible with your payment reference and a description of the problem. We will first try to restore access, fix the issue, or provide an equivalent solution.

If we are unable to provide the purchased access within a reasonable time after verification, we may approve a full or partial refund at our discretion.

5. Refund request window

Refund requests for duplicate charges or failed delivery should normally be made within 7 days of the transaction so we can investigate promptly. Later requests may still be reviewed where legally required or where there is a good reason for delay.

6. How to request a refund

7. Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction unless another method is required by law or by the payment provider. Processing times depend on the payment gateway, bank, and card issuer.

8. Chargebacks and abuse prevention

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened without first contacting us to resolve an access or billing issue, we may temporarily suspend access to the relevant account while the dispute is under review.
